I believe that creativity comes to those who see art in the simplest of things, and that is why I pursued a creative career. I crave challenge and working in the creative industry fulfills that by presenting me with new obstacles every day.

I am a two-time graduate from Conestoga College, holding a certificate in design and a diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications.

The Advertising and Marketing Communications program led me to the beginning of my graphic design career with an internship at CBRE that later led to a full-time position. I was introduced to the Association of Registered Graphic Designers when CBRE sent me to the DesignThinkers conference in Toronto in October 2018. After that experience, I quickly geared my focus to becoming a member and only a few months later, achieved my designation as Provisional RGD with the association. I then moved forward with my career obtaining a position with Cushman & Wakefield where I currently project manage and oversee all marketing initiatives for my team.

I have a demonstrated history of working with charitable organizations and managing marketing and graphics for philanthropic events. My first fundraiser was done collectively with my graduating class, who I assisted in the planning, organizing and execution of a charity golf tournament for the organization "Send'Em Off Smiling" in Kitchener. My role in this fundraiser was to assist with seeking out a venue and organizing the dinner menu. I also took lead from start to finish in planning, organizing, designing and supervising the Silent Auction throughout the event. The event successfully raised $13,500.

The second fundraiser I was involved in was introduced to me through Cushman & Wakefield. Behaving Boldly is an annual event that runs to help raise funds in support of Peel Children's Aid Foundation. These funds help vulnerable children and youth in Peel Region. My role in this event was overseeing and taking lead in marketing and graphics for social media. This event successfully raised $205,000.

I strongly value my work ethic, and bring passion to the table. I am confident in my portfolio and skills, and look forward to working in opportunities ahead.
